Lined with cotton fleece for warmth, the mittens are made of water-repellent, breathable functional material. There is a small fold under the Velcro fastener on the back of the hand, which provides additional width and is easy to put on and take off. With elastic cuffs, Velcro fastener with reflective detail and elastic band for good support and visibility
