Yoga for children - it really works ?

In a modern world where children’s daily lives are often just as planned as those of adults, the need for a compensation. At what age can you start children’s yoga?

Tips for the optimal start

Uses a soft surface, such as a Play mat, and ensures comfortable clothing.

motivate.
